Friday - August 10th

  • 12:00PM - Meet at EPHS / Load Bus
  • 12:45PM - Depart EPHS
  • 1:00PM - 4:30PM Begin Work On Camp Packet (#1-3)
  • 5:00PM - Setup Camp at KOA
  • 6:00PM - Dinner
  • 7:00PM - Team Meeting
  • 9:00PM - Bed

Saturday - August 11th

  • 6:00AM - Wake-Up
  • 7:00AM - Breakfast
  • 8:00-9:00AM - Captain's Activities / Know Your Teammate (Share / Write #1-6)
  • 10:00AM - 555 Workout or Tempo
  • 12:30PM - Lunch at Camp
  • 1:30PM - Scavenger Hunt Downtown
  • 3:30PM - Drive back to Camp
  • 4:00PM - 5:30PM - Free Time
  • 5:30PM - Dinner & Goal Setting Discussion (Share / Write # 2 & 3)
  • 8:20PM - 11:00PM - Movie on the Mountain
  • 11:30PM - Bed
